The Matterport camera is a new 3D camera that is designed to scan the interior of homes. Starting at the entrance to the house, the camera is moved, in six-foot increments, through the entire house taking 360° pictures as it is moved.   This is the ultimate in a virtual tour of a home.  It is not a virtual tour as in a slideshow set to music, but one where you can virtually walk through the home yourself using your finger. You can look up and down, left and right, move forward, and backward. This new technology really helps show off a home in a way we haven’t been able to experience before.
